Leadership
As ARC's General Manager, Josh Vance brings more than 30 years of experience in property maintenance, renovations and construction, with deep roots in multifamily housing. He grew up around the property management business, spent seven years serving in the U.S. Army, then spent 23 years overseeing maintenance, renovations, capital projects and new construction for a private owner of multifamily and commercial properties across Oregon. Today, he leads ARC's field operations across projects ranging from routine repairs to large-scale property improvements.
